Nick is hands-on in all of Citrine’s projects including estimating, design, and construction. Nick leans on his decade of experience in commercial construction management where he learned the importance of providing exceptional communication and quality to his clients.
Emily Silcock
Design and Realtor
Emily has a long history of starting and running successful businesses, and has a keen eye for design. Emily is heavily involved in the design aspect of each project while also working as a full-time Realtor. Emily has been helping her clients buy, sell, and invest in Real Estate from Seattle to Spokane and everywhere in between since 2018.
Who We Are
Since 2017 Nick and Emily have been renovating investment properties and personal residences all while working full-time jobs. With several successful flips and remodels under their belt, Nick took a leap of faith and quit his job to pursue their “side gig” with 100% focus.
Citrine Homes is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Citrine’s focus is renovation and re-sale of investment properties - design, renovation and remodel for clients - and helping clients buy, sell and invest in real estate.
What is Citrine?
Citrine is the birthstone of our baby girl Lila Jane. Our company name is a daily reminder of why we do what we do — Providing for our family and doing so with integrity and quality, something Lila Jane would be proud of!
